We have partnered with Made in Tennessee and AMA-UK to bring you The Official UK Americana Awards Aftershow Party, hosted by Made in Tennessee and our Executive Director Jed Hilly, with live music in the form of Sam Outlaw’s 80s/90s Country Hits Revue.
In conjunction with The Americana Music Association℠ & 88.5FM KCSN, The GRAMMY® Museum welcomes Sierra Hull to the Clive Davis Theater, as part of its Americana Series, for an intimate conversation on her career and GRAMMY-nominated album Weighted Mind (for Best Folk Album), moderated by Scott Goldman, Vice President of the GRAMMY® Foundation and MusiCares. The conversation will be followed by a performance.

The Americana Music Association has announced the lineup for the 7th Annual Americana Spring Celebration to be held March 30 - April 1, 2017. Performances will be held each night at Blackberry Farm, a world-class luxury resort that is breathtakingly situated in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee.
The Americana Music Association and the GRAMMY Museum® are thrilled to announce the kickoff of the 2017 Americana Series with An Evening With Rodney Crowell on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 8 PM. The multi-GRAMMY®-winning singer/songwriter will visit the Museum's 200-seat Clive Davis Theater for a conversation moderated by Scott Goldman, Vice President of the GRAMMY Foundation and MusiCares. The conversation will be followed by a performance.

The Americana Music Association UK has chosen celebrated singer-songwriter and guitarist Richard Thompson to receive its highest honour, the UK Americana Lifetime Achievement Award. The nominations shortlist for the seven membership-voted Awards was also announced and the winners will be revealed at the second annual Awards show on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at St John at Hackney. The show will be hosted by legendary broadcaster Bob Harris and will feature performances from nominees and award winners, including Richard Thompson.
Early bird registrations for the 18th annual Americana Music Festival & Conference, September 12-17, 2017, are now open. Coming in hot at $199 for Americana Music Association members and $299 for non-members, these are deeply discounted rates (which will increase soon) to attend six days of celebration at Music City's most comprehensive industry conference by day and raw, 200+ act, battery-recharging festival by night. 
Last night the Americana Music Association was honored by Nashville's Metro Council with a special resolution drafted and proposed by Councilwoman Nancy VanReece, Councilwoman Mina Johnson, and Councilman Jeff Syracuse. Resolution No. RS2016-410 recognizes the significant cultural contributions and tourism impact of the Americana Music Association, its volunteer Board of Directors, and Executive Director Jed Hilly.
