Americana Music Association, Newport Folk Presents® and City Winery Announce New Spring Slate for State of the Union: A Celebration of American Roots Music
Monthly concert series continues in Chicago, Napa, Nashville and New York City 

 
(Nashville, TN, Newport, RI and New York, NY) April 8, 2015 - City Winery, Newport Folk Presents®  and the Americana Music Association announced today the continuation of their unique partnership with the second edition of their State of the Union series of select performances from April through July, 2015. 
 
State of the Union: A Celebration of American Roots Music, taking place at the esteemed City Winery venues in Chicago, Napa, Nashville and New York City, will highlight artists whose musicianship and excellence set the standard for live performance. 
 
Following on the heels of the successful winter run, which featured artists from Joe Henry to Booker T. Jones, Willie Watson to Aaron Neville, the spring lineup is poised to maintain the same bar of excellence.
